You do have to pay it back plus interest.</p> <p>When you state "cancel the debt" you really mean let the western tax payer foot the tab, right?</p> <p>Please do not assume to spend my money for me.</p> <p>And, I believe that every country ought to be self sufficient for the most basic requirements for food production, so that if calamity strikes the people don't starve.
