		<description>&lt;p&gt;Did you know that Bear Stearns employees owned a large portion of the company?  In fact, it was one of the largest investment banks with huge employee ownership.  Isn't that a model that makes sense from your point of view?  At any rate, the employee shareholders at Bear Stearns are definitely suffering from the $2 per share offer from JPMorgan &#38; Chase.&lt;/p&gt;
