It is no surprise that MMP didn't pass in Ontario. People were too busy complaining that it was too complicated, and didn't spend enough time actually studying the viability of a system that will bring in more democracy for an old electoral system. Its a testiment to not only the apathy of voters, but the down right lazy attitude that most voters have when it comes to issues of electoral reform. If you dont understand, get off the couch and read, debate and discuss, instead of calling into television shows and radio programs complaining about how "hard it is" to understand it. Grow up, switch on your brain, and read.
